1. Where can I try the chair?

Our customers love our industry leading trial period. You can enjoy it in your home for 30 days from the date you receive your delivery to be sure you made the right decision. This gives you adequate time to thoroughly try all the different settings and programs, and also for your body to get used to the massage. If you're not totally satisfied, just call us and we'll send a truck to pick it up from you.  Please see our return policy for more details.  

2. Is the item brand new?

Yes. We only sell 100% brand new items. All orders ship to you directly from the manufacturer in Arlington, TX. We do not sell floor models or previously used merchandise.

3. Are you the same as the manufacturer?  

No. Luracoi9.com is an authorized independent distributor of genuine Luraco massage chairs.

 

4. Do We Price Match or offer Price Protection?

Yes, our best deal guarantee means we'll do everything we can to beat or match any published offer. And you also get our 30 day money back guarantee. So please let us know what price you saw and where you saw it so we can save you some money. And for some piece of mind, we also offer 60 day price protection. So after you purchase, in case the chair goes on sale, we’ll refund you the difference. That way, you don't need to worry about buying the chair only to see it go on sale shortly after. Because whatever savings you would have gotten from the sale, we make sure that you'll still get that discount.

5. Will I receive a warranty with my purchase?

Yes all purchases include a 5 manufacturer's warranty on parts and in home labor. If you ever need service, you can call the manufacturer directly in Arlington, TX. Labor service is done at your location, so you don't need to ship the chair anywhere. A technician would be sent to your location to provide service. Everywhere within the 48 continental United States is covered. There is no cost or deductible for warranty service.

 

SHIPPING

1. When will I receive my order?

The Luraco i9 is in really high demand right now so there is a significant reservation list that's growing rapidly. Orders are shipped out on a first come, first serve basis.

Because there is so much demand, orders are currently scheduled to ship about 8 weeks after your order is received. The factory in Texas is working really hard to try to keep up with the demand.

Rest assured, your order will be placed on the queue as soon as we receive it. So there's nothing else that you will need to do. Your order will automatically ship asap. A few days after it is shipped, we will email you tracking info. And you'll receive a phone call 1-2 days prior so you can schedule a convenient day/time. You do not have to worry about them showing up unannounced.

2. What if the item is damaged?

Each shipment is very well packaged and thoroughly checked before shipping so damages and defects are rare. In the event of any damage or defect, we guarantee we will get you what you ordered. Whether that means shipping an entire new chair or a replacement part, we'll take care of it with no additional charge to you. Every shipment is fully insured, free of charge to you

3. Where will my order ship from?

Your order will ship to you directly from the manufacturer's warehouse which is based in Arlington, TX. We are authorized retailers of every manufacturer whose chairs we sell.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shopify Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed by Shopify.

3. Do We Offer Financing or Monthly Payment Options?
