You can return your order for any reason within 30 days from the date you receive your chair. Simply contact us and we'll send a truck to pick it up. You don't have to worry about bringing the chair somewhere to ship it yourself.
Once your chair has been delivered back to us, you'll receive a full refund minus $250 for the return shipping. Orders outside of the 48 continental United States are subject to additional return shipping fees.
Items must be in new condition and contain the original box and packaging materials that were shipped to you. If you are getting white glove setup service, we advise you to instruct the delivery person to give you the boxes so that you can keep them.
Simply contact us by emailing us, calling us or using our Contact Form. We will organize everything including scheduling a truck to pick it up from you and issuing your refund.
If you cancel an order before it has been processed for shipping, you will get a full refund. Otherwise, it would be handled based on our return policy.
Each shipment is extremely well packaged so damages are very rare. We guarantee that you'll receive a brand new, fully functional chair. So if there is any issue, we'll take care of it at no charge.
